The Farmyard, Urchfont
The Farmyard at Urchfont was Prime Residential's very first development, and displays to good effect our commitment to quality locations and a creative approach to each property.
The only original building is the spacious timber-clad barn at the gateway of the development. This we renovated from its original agricultural state, creating a massive double height living area at one side of the building, with a well planned and proportioned kitchen, dining room and bedrooms at the other end, providing an appealing contrast as well as very liveable space.
The other houses are all equally individual and you would be hard pressed to realise that they were all built from the ground. From the elegant double fronted farmhouse style home at the heart of the yard, to the surrounding stable conversion style houses and new barn style house, The Farmyard is a delightful environment and totally appropriate to its location.
